May 13 this year is extra special. It is the 100th year anniversary of Our Lady’s apparition in Fatima as well as the eve of Mother’s Day.
Details for the celebration are as follows:
Our Lady of Fatima Procession
The procession will start from Our Lady of Lebanon Co-Cathedral Harris Park on Saturday 13th May at 9.00am and then conclude with Mass at 11.00am at St Patrick’s Cathedral Parramatta.
There will be a bbq lunch after Mass.
Please come along and help celebrate this special day in Our Lady’s honour.
Mother’s Day Concert in the Cathedral
Thinking of a gift for mum this Mother’s day? Why not take her to a music concert at St Pat’s Cathedral led by members of the Cathedral music ministry.
Enjoy the pastoral sounds of a string ensemble, sacred music featuring the Cathedral’s magnificent Pipe Organ, and an assortment of musical treasures. End the afternoon with a cup of tea and some sweet and savoury delights. Bring mum. Bring the whole family.
Date: Saturday 13 May 2017
Time: 3pm Concert followed by Afternoon Tea at 4pm (no extra cost)
Venue: St Patrick’s Cathedral Parramatta.
Cost: $20 per Adult, $15 concession, $5 per Child – (12 years and under). Free entry for children under 5.
